United States Soccer Foundation: Safe Places to Play Grants

The United States Soccer Foundation is dedicated to enhancing, assisting, and growing the sport of soccer in the U.S., with a special emphasis on underserved communities. The Foundation’s Safe Places to Play Grants are provided for field-building initiatives in the following categories: Lighting, Irrigation, and Sport Court. Eligible applicants include community organizations, schools, municipalities, and other groups that offer soccer opportunities to youth. Requests for Safe Places to Play Grants are reviewed three times per year. The deadline for letters of interest for the 2019 Fall Grant Cycle is September 27; invited applications must be submitted by October 4.
